That is what one of our customers has just told us!

To make our pulled pork sandwich, we first slow cook a shoulder of pork until the meat is falling away, we then toast a traditionally baked Ciabatta, create a small salad with our fruity house dressing infused with raspberries, add some skin on fries, and serve a side of BBQ sauce.

Then present it all in a produce crate…
